A charity cycle is arriving into Killorglin on the 10th of Aug, it would be great if any available club cyclists could meet up with the cycle at Castleisland for the final leg into Killorglin.

About Trafalgar Square to Puck Fair

We are cycling from Trafalgar Square to Puck Fair, Ireland’s oldest fair, to help fund a Cystic Fibrosis research scienctist in Cork University Hospital, Ireland.

Description

We will leave Trafalgar Square just after sunrise on the morning of August 4th, cycle across the English midlands, through the Welsh valley’s and Snowdonia National Park arriving in Holyhead three and a half days later, in time for the afternoon ferry to Dublin. We’ll rest in Dublin that night.

On the morning of August 8th we will leave Dublin and over the next two half a half days, with pit stops in Abbyleix and Adare, journey down through Ireland arriving in Killorglin in time for the parade on the first day of Puck!
